The main objective of the project is the modification of polymer implants and tubes (cannula, conduits) on the external and internal surface for improving biocompatibility of tissue contact surfaces, especially in contact with blood. New, tissue contacting materials with main focus on blood contact aspects, for external and internal blood circulation support devices will be elaborated.
